Lauren Marrone

I'm a Portland-area explorer at heart. I have lived in almost every corner of the city and its suburbs since I arrived here over 30 years ago. I love to share my knowledge of our neighborhoods with buyers, and also utilize this knowledge to effectively market homes for sellers.

My background in Marketing & Public Relations spans over three decades. I bring a unique approach to marketing our listings that stems from years of work in the arts, including positions as the Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for the Portland Art Museum and the National Director of Publicity for MCA Records/Universal in Los Angeles.

I first obtained my Oregon real estate license in 1994, and joined Windermere Realty Trust in 2014. Since then, I and have worked with three top-producing agents and assisted hundreds of clients with their sales or purchases.

As Linda’s Operations Director, I wear many hats for our team. On any given day, I may assist in listing preparation & marketing, manage transaction details, show properties to buyers, coordinate vendor appointments, brainstorm new marketing strategies, or all of the above!

My goal is to make the selling or buying process as simple as possible by providing my years of expertise, empathy, support, and clear communication every step of the way.

As a Portland-area native, my understanding of the local Real Estate market has only grown over the years. From being raised in Beaverton suburbia, living my young adult life in the heart of both the West & East sides of the city, and now placing my roots in the suburbs of Happy Valley, I can offer a helping hand with any location that you are interested in.

On Linda’s team, I assist primarily with her buyers & helping in their journey of purchasing a new home. This includes showing houses, attending inspections, or even just helping turn in earnest money!

The home buying process, as we all know, can be a whirlwind. Sometimes things happen slowly, while (most) other times, they occur at a drop of a hat. With a prior career in Emergency Medicine, I understand more than most that intense & stressful situations can easily bubble to the surface. Because of this, it is a natural priority of mine to take care of people with compassion and optimism, making sure they feel as comfortable and calm as possible — all while working tirelessly under pressure. With a knack to learn quickly & take things in stride, I find myself using my adaptability to achieve success in Linda’s and her clients’ ventures.

Also equipped with an extensive background in Event Coordinating, I am consistently organized and aim to complete my work quickly. With composure, albeit with a sense of urgency, I ensure that Linda and her buyers can place their trust in me – and that their needs will always be met.
